High Paw — Child Safety Standards

High Paw ("we," "us") is a social app for dog owners, published by Florea Adrian Baltag. High Paw is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and access is gated by a date-of-birth age check at sign-up. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we apply to keep children safe on High Paw, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on High Paw and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes a minor.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, or endanger a person under 18.
• Trafficking of, or the facilitation of harm to, a minor.
• Use of the app by anyone under 18, or the creation of an account on behalf of a minor.

How to report a concern

Every user can report content or another user directly inside the app:

1. Open the post, profile, or playdate in question.
2. Tap the ⋯ / Report control.
3. Choose a reason and submit.

You can also block any user from the same menu, which removes them from your experience across the entire app.

If you cannot use the in-app tools, or need to report suspected child exploitation directly, email contact@highpaw.org with the subject "Child safety report." We monitor this address and treat these reports as our highest priority.

What we do when we receive a report

On obtaining knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we act promptly and, in every case, within 24 hours:

• Remove the offending content from the app.
• Ban the responsible account permanently and revoke its access.
• Preserve the relevant evidence as required to support an investigation.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States (or the appropriate authority in the relevant region), as required by law.

Legal compliance

High Paw complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority. We maintain the internal processes needed to act on reports and to cooperate with law enforcement.
